Good Bacteria
Archaea - microscopic, prokaryotic, unicellular organisms are now known to be very different. Mostly they are able to survive in stressful conditions of the oceans.
Cyanobacteria - are aquatic and photosynthetic, that live in water and can manufacture their own food. They are really small and usually unicellular.
Bad Bacterias
Giardia lamblia - a flagellated protozoan parasite that colonizes and reproduces in the small intestine, causing giardiasis.
Cryptosporidium - a genus of apicomplexan protozoans that can cause gastrointestinal illness with diarrhea in humans.
