4th-grade students have been exploring the scientific concepts of soil and rocks. As detectives, students have identified the natural elements in soil and where they would be found. They were also ecstatic about building snowmen!

We request that parents call the Pardee Absence line at 313-203-1466 before 9:30 am when their child is absent from school. A robocall will not be sent if the parent has notified the office of their child’s absence through the Pardee absence line. Parents are encouraged to leave a message including the name of the student, the person making the call, and the reason for the absence on the absence line. The office will return calls as needed. We hope that this process will support improved communication between the school and the parents/guardians.
