You can also view important enrichment dates and after school procedures. Drop Off and Pick Up in the New Building
Our car rider drop off and pick up will be in the front of the new building. Cars will enter and move through the parking lot in double lanes. Cars will travel through the parking lot and then around the lane before merging into one line to drop students off along the front of the building. We ask that parents stay in the line to drop off students vs parking and walking students across. In our current building, we have parents that park in the gravel lot and walk down to get their students as walkers. We will not have this parking lot in the new building. Families that are currently doing this will need to get a car rider number from the office and pick up their children using the car rider line. Blue line on the map below is the route to drop off car riders. Purple stars on the pic below is the drop off zone.
Walkers will only be those families who live too close to the school to receive bus service. We have 22 families who live in our walk zone. We will be sending communication to these families about our walker procedures. Red star on the pic below.
Transportation has let us know that ALL bus routes will stay the same for the first two weeks we are in our new building. This will help with the transition. Students who live in the walk zone of the old building will riding bus 9, the gold bus. Specific communication will be sent to these families. This will be the only change in bus routes for the first two weeks in our new building.
ASP will dismiss students in the bus lanes at the exit closest to the gym. Yellow star on the pic below.
