Foster The People
Foster The People began making songs in 2009. The band is made up of three men; Mark Foster, Jacob Fink, and Mark Pontius, Foster being the lead singer. The three boys create songs that can relate with people and talk about important things. "Pumped Up Kicks," the band's hit song in 2010, talks about a school shooting and honor the kids that died that fateful day.
"The devil's on your back, but I know you can shake him off."
"It's funny how freedom can make you feel contained."
"Sing it out for the ones that'll hate your guts."
