• This month Fairview Lions will be focusing on Patience. Be sure to check out the More Than Words family resources on this newsletter. I would love to hear from families utilizing the More Than Words resources. United Way funds More Than Words at Fairview Elementary. We are fortunate for GREAT community partners

• Students who received 0 office referrals in February will participate in making a St. Patrick's Day craft with their class on March 5th. Be sure to check Facebook for pictures of the celebration.

• The 4th 6 weeks ends on Friday, February 19th. Progress Reports will be sent home with students on Monday, March 1st.

• The IREAD 3 window for 3rd grade students is . Please check out these resources from the Indiana Department of Education to assist parents in helping to prepare their child for IREAD 3.

• If your child will be out of school for any reason, please call the school 765-973-3442. It's important for us to understand why your child is out of school. If your child is out for a doctor's appointment, then be sure to let the office make a copy of the doctor's note. Thank you for notifying us of any absences.
