Good Evening Bishop Woods Families,

This is Ms. Crisci with your weekly updates. I hope everyone had a relaxing long weekend spending time with family and friends. We would like to thank all the families who attended the Adrenaline Rush fundraiser for our school. It was nice to see the parents and children having fun and getting to know one another.

Report Card Conferences are being held Nov. 15th from 1:35-3:00 and from 5:00-7:00.
If you have not yet done so, please contact the teacher to set up a conference.

During conferences, the school will be raising money by having a Bake sale, Winter Gear sale, and the School Store will be open to purchase a variety of items.


The After-School Program will begin after Thanksgiving Break. More information is forthcoming.

Parents, please send your children to school with coats and jackets because we go outside daily for recess, and on Thusday’s our students have outdoor learning.

11/15 Report Card Conferences 1:35-3:00 & 5:00-7:00- Students are being dismissed at 12:50
11/17 8th grade field trip to the Yale Planetarium from 10:00-11:30

Bishop Woods has a school based health clinic operated by the Fair Haven Community Health Care. It is located in the nurses' suite on the first floor of our school. The clinic can provide back to school physicals as well as acute care to those students who are enrolled. While the clinic does not replace your primary care provider, it is a convenient way for both students and parents to access care without delay, leading to less missed time from work and school.
