Just a friendly reminder that there is no school for K-12 students on Monday, May 16 for a staff work day.

Arrival/Dismissal Reminders

We have a few reminders about arrival/dismissal as we finish off the year:

  • Students should not arrive before 8:30 am and should leave school immediately after school is dismissed (unless they have adult supervision). If you need child care, please check with AlphaBEST.
  • Please do not bring your pets on campus unless it is a service animal. We ask that you wait off school grounds with your animals if you must bring them.
  • When driving through the pickup lanes, please do not pass around cars to get further ahead. Also, please do not pass around cars on Mail Creek Lane. We ask that you remain patient and stay in the pickup lane.
  • Please do not use the north lot for pick up and drop off. This is for buses and those utilizing handicap parking.

Thanks for your help with these reminders to help keep our community safe!

New Check-In System

Our district has purchased a new check-in system for volunteers and visitors. You will need to bring a driver's license when you come for scanning in. You will receive a printed tag with your picture to be worn while in the building. The check-in will occur in the main office. This does not apply to parents just picking up/dropping off students or that will be dropping something off.

Lost/Found

Just a friendly reminder that we will empty out our Lost & Found bin on May 25 and donate remaining items to charity. You may stop by to check it out before then.

Medication Pick-Up

IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL:

Please make a plan to pick up your child’s health room medications no later than 12:00 pm on Wednesday, May 25. You may pick them up earlier in the week if you would like to. Medications cannot be sent home with a student and must be picked up from the health room by a parent or guardian. State and district guidelines require that any medication not picked up by the end of school be disposed of and cannot be retrieved after disposal. If you have any questions, please contact:
