Writing:
We will continue to work on mini lessons about supporting details and reasons. We are learning how to create reasons that are meaty, and that will not overlap with other reasons, so that we do not create repetition. We have also been learning some great main idea sentence starters to begin our topic sentences. Next week will be working on organizing our sentences within supporting paragraphs. We will also begin our next expository writing prompt.
Social Studies:
TEXAS, TEXAS, TEXAS! We are researching our Texas regions for our big Texas Regions Brochure project. These are SUPER cute! We will be taking our Texas Map Quiz on Friday, the 28th.
Math/Science
Math: Continuing this week with multi-digit multiplication. We will review Module 7 on Thursday and take the Module 7 Assessment on Friday.
