Two Are Better Than One
An Independence Day Message
Our collaborative workspace, “Suite 2:10”, has been consistently received with warm welcome and enthusiasm! Thank you for your continued support and prayers that make Suite 2:10 a reality for God’s people to enjoy a Christ centered coworking space for their businesses and ministry work.
We are approaching Independence Day, and for the first time in almost 2 years, we have offices and desk space available! Suite 210 has incubated some fantastic organizations and startups which were able to grow their businesses here and then graduate out into a larger space of their own as they continue working with growing teams/staff or discovering their industry niche and pursuing it with passion. We watch with pride as these organizations grow and gain their own independence and freedom to run with success in the direction they are called. We are so proud of the success we’ve seen over the last two years with those who make their home in Suite 210!
As you celebrate this Independence Day, we ask you to keep in mind anyone you know with a business, nonprofit (or church!) looking for space to work or meet, and tell them about Suite 210, E49’s Christ centered collaborative workspace! Blessings and happy Independence Day.

Why Come To E49?
Meet E49 member Angel Warrior!
Angel Warrior worked as an engineering manager for Hewlett-Packard for 17 years. Through the death of her brother at age 41, God called her to leave HP and lead a non-profit agency called The SEED Group. Angel has a master's degree in Computer Engineering. She lives in Sacramento, CA with her husband and two sons. Angel and her family attend Sun Grove Church in Elk Grove where she is the Director of Outreach.
SEED is short for the Society for the Empowerment and Enrichment of the Deprived Group. SEED creates partnerships between churches in the U.S. and India to plant churches in the impoverished communities in rural India. Their model is for each church in the U.S. to sponsor one specific village in India. Communities are developed through empowerment of women and enrichment programs for children. SEED's specific focus is the group of communities where prostitution of women and children is the main source of income.
For more info, you can visit The SEED Group right here at Suite 210!

Housing & Mentoring
Housing & Hope is a collaborative approach to affordable housing and transitionally homeless challenges. The collaboration includes numerous local churches, E49 and M21.
M21 is a Social Purpose investment fund owned and operated by mission-based professionals that established a niche in matching traditional real estate investment strategies with social impact.
Together we create an opportunity for investors to build their financial portfolio, while at the same time mobilizing significant social impact in local communities focused on life transformation.

Worship Break
There will be no City Worship on June, July or August. We are taking the summer off from CWN to evaluate and plan for events in the fall season. Stay tuned to our facebook page and website for information on City Worship!
City Worship is a ministry of E49 Corp. It offers worshippers an opportunity to collaborate as they gather together as one regional body in Christ. We would love for you to join us in the fall season, in an environment open to unique expressions of worship and biblical worship to God!
You can still show your support for City Worship by donating here!
