From the Principal
Hello MQSCA Families-
As you know, Bryanna Hill ended her role as dean of operations earlier this month. We are grateful for her service and the support that she provided to our school community. It is with excitement that we share an update on the dean of operations position. Simone Gasper will join Mary Queen of Saints this coming week as the new dean of operations. Simone has previously served as director of operations for a well-known Milwaukee restaurant, and she will transition away from her current role as a human resource trainer with a local manufacturing company. We're confident that her eagerness to enter into the educational sector along with her experience will be a great blessing to the Mary Queen of Saints community. Simone will continue to lead and support the school's operational efforts and will continue to serve families with enrollment and tuition needs. Please be sure to stop by and welcome her to our community beginning on Tuesday!
Penny wars was a great success! Thank you for all our families for donating all of the change you did to support Water Wells of Africa. As a school community we raised over $1,300.00! This spring, it was announced that MQSCA won a grant for the installation of one water bottle filling station/water fountain from a foundation sponsored by Delta Dental. Part of the grant was for our school to do a service project for another cause! We are happy to say that along with the grant, we are working to get two more bubbler/water bottle filling stations to have three of them installed for the next school year.
Congratulation to the K5/1st Grade team for winning the contest securing an extra gym period, along with a treat of their choice!
In Christ-
Mr. Lee

Prayer of the Week:
Dear God, I have many situations in my life that make me afraid, including my relationships, my job, my family, and personal projects. I have the desire to make things work out well and be happy. I fear that things will not turn out well. Lord, I pray that you give me the strength to pursue whatever it is I need to. Assure me that, for better for worse, you will always be with me. I need this courage to find happiness. I cannot do it without you, God. Please come to my rescue. Amen.
After School Camp Last Day May 30th
Do to staffing shortages, and the end of the school year responsibilities of teachers, the last day of after school camp will be May 30th. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause families. Unfortunately with it being the end of the school year, we are finding it tough to hire a person for afterschool camp.

Safe Enviroment Training
In order to be involved in any school activities, including chaperoning a field trip, coaching a sport, or volunteering in a classroom, you have to be safe environment trained. Below is the link to register for a training. No exceptions will be made, it is an archdiocesan mandate. If you plan to volunteer now, or in the future in any way, you MUST have attended a safe environment training. Please reach out to Bryanna Hill if you have questions about safe environment training, if you need to be trained, or if a new background check needs to be conducted. If you think you have been in safe environment training in the past, but are unsure, please double check.
