The Johnson & Johnson School Health Leadership Program is a nationally recognized 18-month fellowship that partners school nurses with community/school leaders to improve population health. Our fellowship teams are empowered with skills and knowledge through an on-site leadership institute, on-line education, community coaching, sustainable change plans, and mentoring. All activities are CEU-bearing through a partnership with the National Association of School Nurses.
