More Community Service Scholarships

Prudential Spirit of Community Award: Up to $5,000; submit your completed application to D-9 by 11/5/19.

CSF Members: Michelson Memorial Award ($1,000) opens 11/1 and closes 12/22. In 800-1000 words (double-spaced), describe a volunteer experience you have had and its impact on you and your community.

Renewable $5,000-$40,000 Scholarships

Jack Kent Cooke College Scholarship: This is a renewable scholarship of up to $40,000 per year! It is open to seniors planning to attend a 4-year college who have: a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5+; SAT score of 1200+ or ACT score of 26+; and demonstrated financial need (family income up to $95,000). Apply through the Common Application by 11/13.

Ron Brown Scholarship: This $40,000 scholarship is open to African American students who have demonstrated financial need, a strong academic record, and community involvement. Scholarship deadline: 1/9.

CAP Bay Area: Seniors with an EFC of $5,000 or less are eligible to apply for this renewable $5,000 scholarship (for up to 5 years!) that offers mentoring and networking support throughout college. Part I of the application is due by 12/10.
