Dear Cardinal Family,
"Where does this go?"
It's not quite like it looks on the DIY network, but it's close.
We are in the stage of running around, moving the last furniture items, cleaning, doing touch up work and organizing areas. Some spaces are quicker and easier than others, but I couldn't help but envision one of those home improvement shows where everything is happening at 10x speed to fit it into a 30 minute time slot. We're excited and will definitely be ready for our incoming freshman class on Wednesday. Last night at the freshman orientation, there was a lot of excitement and some nerves. Both are very healthy and positive signs. As a staff, we feel exactly the same way.
We are looking forward to a great school year! Here is the most recent construction update that may help inform you on the happenings around campus.
This is one of the most exciting pictures from today. This chiller unit will be responsible for the air conditioning in the gyms. That's correct. Our gyms will be air conditioned, eventually.
Have a great weekend and Go Cards!
Sincerely,
Pete Scully
Principal
Thomas Worthington HS
