College Credit Plus is Ohio’s dual enrollment program that provides students in grades 7-12 the opportunity to earn college and high school credits at the same time by taking courses from Ohio colleges or universities. The purpose of this program is to enhance students’ career readiness and postsecondary success, while providing a wide variety of options to college-ready students, at no or limited costs to students and families. Taking a college course from a public college or university through College Credit Plus is free to the family as Sycamore covers the cost of tuition and books. Students are required to notify Sycamore High School if they plan to participate in College Credit Plus. The process begins with the student completing a mandatory Intent to Participate form
FROM THE HIGH SCHOOL
SHS Academic Fair
As you know, the SHS Academic Fair has been rescheduled for February 3. This is an event geared to rising 9th grade families and we encourage everyone to attend. High school teachers will be present to discuss their courses and answer any questions families and students may have.
Check Out Our Classes
Current teachers will share their class recommendations in February. However, students and families do not need to wait until February to start looking at courses! Take a look at our Course Planning Guide! This guide includes class descriptions, graduation requirements, and much more. A comprehensive list of classes just available to rising 9th graders can be viewed here.

The class of 2026 counseling team is:
Mrs. Brenda Fisher (A-F)
Mrs. Bonnie Stephenson (L-Z)
