Patriot Elementary Week at a Glance
March 30 - April 3rd
A Note from the Principal...
Dear Patriot Families,
Hello! I sure hope this finds your family safe and secure during this time. I hope you have taken time to read the messages sent from the district regarding remote learning and support for families. If your family is in need of meals, please see the flyer attached. As a district, we want to ensure students and their families have the essentials they need each day.
If you have not seen any notes on remote learning, please feel free to reach out. The goal of remote learning is to provide students opportunities to practice and refine and/or learn new skills and concepts most critical to the success in the next grade level. Additional information will be sent out to families this coming week. Teachers are preparing lessons and activities to continue remote learning. A huge thank you to each staff member who has worked so hard to continue our "school system". We will continue to follow guidance provided by the district, but if you need anything, please feel free to email.
Take care and please give your kiddos a hug from me! Miss them so!
Kindly,
Mrs. Canon, Principal
REMOTE LEARNING WILL START ON TUESDAY, APRIL 7TH. LOOK FOR INFORMATION FROM YOUR CLASSROOM TEACHER.

Patriot Guiding Principles
These four cornerstones promote mutual understanding and shared responsibility for the vision of excellence at Patriot Elementary School
Academic Excellence focused on the individual needs of each student, accomplished through clear, high expectations supported with excellent instruction and learning opportunities. Students will become responsible learners and held accountable for their academic accomplishments. Pride in achievement and the joy of learning are evident.
Professional Excellence demonstrated by our educators through ongoing and advanced study. Expertise, integrity, respect, and passion acknowledged and shared. As a result, our children receive the benefits of best classroom practices and a safe, caring school environment.
Social/Emotional Climate is positive and caring with the expectation of behavior that demonstrates respect, responsibility, fair treatment, and safety for all. This results in strong self-esteem for our children and a welcoming environment for our community. Patriot will develop a culture of trust and collaboration by enhancing social emotional skills in order to develop an academic mindset for success and a highly effective school.
Community Partnership driven by open communication between staff members, students, parents, and the community. There are varieties of opportunities for parent and community involvement, which serve to further enrich our children. The spirit of volunteerism and community support are constants in the life of our school.
