On this day of national recognition, join us in service!

"People fail to get along because they fear each other; they fear each other because they don't know each other; they don't know each other because they have not communicated with each other."

MLK Day Legacy of Service

Engage with our community in service following the vision of Dr. King!

The Martin Luther King Day of Service is a national event where people across the country "make it a day on, not off" by participating in community service projects. Our campus, along with the community of Rochester, collaborate to celebrate Dr. King's dream with two events in the weeks surrounding MLK Day.
These community service events happen with the combined efforts of Nazareth College, St. John Fisher, and the community group, Rochester Cares. Last year over 40 Nazareth students participated, and this year we are anticipating more volunteers! There will be a range of volunteer projects including work with youth and elders. This is an opportunity to make a difference in our community alongside the hundreds of Rochester residents who participate annually.

Please Register by Friday, December 19th!

Don't miss this opportunity to SHARE, LEARN, and show LOVE for our COMMUNITY
