CBSD Communications Survey
Dear Central Bucks Parents and Guardians,
In the past few years, communication across the district has greatly evolved. Our district and school websites have been upgraded with the intent to make them more mobile-friendly, our school newsletter format has been standardized, and we have integrated Facebook and Twitter for the sharing of information. Given all of these changes, we wanted to poll our families on the effectiveness of our information outreach.
Here is a link to a brief survey that will help us gather your feedback and to ensure that information and updates are reaching our families in the most efficient manner. The link will also be available on the district webpage. If you have children in multiple buildings, please feel free to complete multiple surveys or utilize the final question to differentiate your responses.
We value your insight and appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey. If you have any questions, please contact Community Relations at: communityrelations@cbsd.org.

Parent Notice - Central Bucks School District is accepting applications for Substitute Teachers who hold a conferred Bachelors Degree and attends a 2-Day Local Training to become Emergency Certified with the PA Department of Education. If interested, please review the District Flyer >CLICK HERE< for information. Volunteers for Winter Parties - Clearances Required
If you have already submitted your information to the District - you do not need to have any further paperwork.
All NEW Volunteers - Please go to the website to complete the online process for submission of volunteer paperwork. The link and a quick video explaining how to do this, in order to make it more user friendly, is available here: http://www.cbsd.org/Page/355.
Parent Volunteers, you do not need to go to the Ad Center as they no longer accept clearances at the building. New volunteers simply upload onto the website and receive a volunteer pass in the mail after they have completed all steps.

Buckingham Library - This Holiday, Dedicate a Book for Someone Special!
Dedicating a book makes a great gift that will last for years to come! Your book dedication can celebrate a birthday or holiday, a special achievement, a “thank you” gift for a teacher or honor someone special while helping to support the Buckingham Library.
What happens when you dedicate a book?
- A personalized bookplate is permanently placed in the book.
- The book is presented to your child, teacher or the individual being honored during library time.
- The honoree is the first to check the book out from the library.
- The dedication will be acknowledged on the website and bulletin board outside the library.
Book Dedications are a gift to EVERY student at Buckingham!
If you are interested in a gift that keeps on giving, find the Book Dedication form. Please Click Here for a Book Dedication Order Form.

Secret Shoppe Volunteers - THANK YOU!
We extend a huge thank you to all of our volunteers who made Secret Shoppe possible. We had a very successful store this year and we could not have done it without you. In addition, a big thank you to all of our parents who bring their children to the store. It’s wonderful to watch them select gifts for the special people in their lives.
Wishing you a safe and joyous holiday season!

Buckingham Box Tops Results
We had an amazing turnout in the Fall Box Tops contest. The winning class submitted over 600 box tops alone! Great job, Mrs. Rosztoczy’s 2nd grade. The 2nd place winner is Mrs. Fillette’s 1st grade with Mr. Radcliff’s 6th grade coming in a very close 3rd place. Keep up the great work and keep clipping those Box Tops. We will be running the Winter Contest after Christmas break.
