Booking Time in the Library
- Check the online calendar to make sure that time that you want is available (this calendar will be shared with all staff so be sure to accept the invitation to look at it).
- Phone or email or visit one of the teacher librarians/library technician to discuss the date and period you want to book. We will put it in the booking binder and on the online calendar!
- Email or visit with a copy of your assignment before the date of your visit so we can find that resources that your students will need to do their best work.
That's it! You have the choice of booking the main space or the seminar room. We have 32 brand new CPUs in the main space and 42 Chromebooks for use in the seminar room. Don't forget that the iPad carts are also available to be booked online in the room booking system if you want to take the technology to your classroom!
We have already started taking bookings so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment and get the time and the space that you want. If you have booked a library period and you have to be away that day, no problem! Just let us know in advance and be sure we have your assignment so we can help your students stay on track.
