Weekend Update 02/02/24
Lincoln Middle School | Weekend Update
Lincoln Weekend Update, February 2, 2024
Lincoln Community,
At Lincoln Middle School, we recognize that students' well-being extends beyond their academic success within the classroom. Confidence, self-esteem, and social experience also play a significant role in the success at school. We want to ensure that all students have access to fundamental items that can impact them. We are partnering with Elk Grove Youth Services to create a Hygiene Closet. The goal of this program is to provide students with crucial hygiene products that are sometimes unavailable to them. Our Hygiene Closet aims to alleviate challenges for students and their families and contribute to a positive and supportive school environment.
The Hygiene Closet is at no cost to our Lincoln students. The process is designed to be discreet and straightforward. By completing the confidential form below, your student will be asked to come to the office to receive the requested items. You are welcome to complete this form as your student requires additional items.
Lastly, as you look ahead to your calendars, we want to remind you that Friday, February 16 is a half day for our students, and there is no school on February 19.
We hope you have a wonderful weekend and we look forward to seeing the Lions next week!
In Partnership,
Eric Larson, Laena DiVito, Jason Jonas
Connect With Us On Social Media
We want to highlight for everyone that Lincoln has three social media streams where you can follow us. We are on Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter. You can like and follow any of our streams as another way to stay up to date with what is happening at Lincoln. The Weekend Update, however, will still be our primary place to keep you informed about what is happening at Lincoln, but want you to be aware of these additional communication streams.
