CMS: Circle of Control

From Counselor Kristen Gragg: Focusing on things we cannot control increases stress and anxiety. The circle of control is a helpful tool that encourages self-awareness. You can only control your reaction to situations, the choices you make, and your attitudes. Happiness is a choice; not a result.
