Report 7:15am

Depart 8:00am


It is extremely important that we depart at 8:00am. Please do not be late!


Parade begins at 9:30am


Live TV coverage on Fox6 (Don't forget to set your DVR!!!)


STUDENTS MUST BRING A WINTER HAT TO WEAR FOR THE PARADE!!!!!!!!!


WEAR LAYERS!!! As always the forecast for this parade is cold. You should plan to wear layers underneath your underneath your uniform. Feel free to wear winter gloves (not mittens) as long as they are black.


Please remember; your layers must be able to fit under your uniform. No sweatshirts with hoods! If you are wearing an extra layer of pants under your uniform they cannot hang out the bottom, they must be tight fitting.


Tosa East Parents/Alumni families should gather on the corner of Kilbourn and Water near the Starbucks. Look for the Band Booster Banner.

Fruit and Kringle

Our annual Fruit and Kringle sale kicks off this week!


The sale runs November 13- November 27.


100% of profit will be deposited into Students' Tosa East Band accounts that can be used for future band trips, solo and ensemble fees, band fees, and other field trips.

Be sure to collect money with your order.


No Money = No Order

Order Forms and Money must be turned in to Mrs. Lato by Monday, 11/27

You must come pick up your fruit and kringle, it will not be stored in a temperature controlled environment overnight.

Please pull up to the Milwaukee Ave. Band room door labeled S16. Put your flashers on and come on inside to check in, then our volunteers will bring your items outside and load them right in to your car!

Just a reminder that there is no morning rehearsal on December 8th


All Jazz I students are required to attend the Ron Carter Clinic. Please make sure it is on your calendar.

Both groups rehearse on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00am.

Concert Attire

I also wanted to put on your radar our Winter Concert which will be on Wednesday, December 20th, 2017 at 7:00pm in the Dale K. Hidde Theatre. Concert attire is all black. Please note if your student is a Freshmen, high school attire is different than middle school.

Plan ahead to make sure your student is wearing ALL black. Also, be sure to encourage your student to plan ahead should they need to use their marching shoes as footwear.

Ladies: Black pants, black pants, black skirt, black nylons/tights, black 3/4 shirt or long sleeve shirt. Ladies, you must wear a cardigan if you are wearing a tank top, short sleeves or sleeveless dress. Please also remember that you will be up onstage and the audience will be looking up at you, be aware of your outfit.
No patterned shirts or tank tops.

Gentlemen: Black Pants, black socks, black shoes, black long sleeve dress shirt.
No short sleeve shirts, striped shirts or colored ties!

Students can bring festive attire for our combined finale performance of Sleigh Ride.
