*Per district guidelines, parents are asked to monitor student temperatures prior to students arriving on campus.


*Please report all positive COVID cases, symptomatic cases that are pending test results as well as all exposures to the COVID call center at (803) 980-2016.


*Parents, please do not send sick students to school. If your child is showing symptoms, please keep them at home and call the COVID call center at (803) 980-2016, for further information.


*Attendance will count this year. Please make sure students do not exceed the maximum number of days allowed to out of class. Students should turn in documentation for absences within the time frame stated in the RHHS student handbook. Failure to submit documentation could cause student to make-up seat time.


*Tardies will count this year. Please talk to your child about arriving to class on time to avoid any disciplinary issues.

IS YOUR CHILD QUARANTINED?

Student who have been quarantined are expected to attend teacher provided live sessions during the time of the assigned classes (see bell schedule below). These live sessions will allow students to stay up-to-date with what is going on in the classroom, any content that is covered, as well as not fall behind with assignments.

  • 2/11 -- Progress Reports (3rd quarter grades can be found in Canvas)
  • 3/8 -- ACT

  • 4/26 -- SAT
  • 5/12 & 5/13 -- Senior Exams
  • 5/28 -- RHHS Graduation @ Winthrop University 10am

1st Semester Make-Up Hours

Make-up hours for 1st semester courses are coming to an end. Sessions begin at the start time. No late entry allowed.
  • January 25th, 26th, 27th - 4:00pm - 7:00pm
  • January 29th - 8:00am - 3:00pm

The SIC cares about our students and their families. We wanted to share the information about this FREE education program NAMI Basics.

It is a six-session online education program for parents, caregivers and other family who provide care for youth aged 22 or younger who are experiencing mental health symptoms.

Attention Athletes: Planet HS Information

All athletes are required to upload documentation to Planet HS prior to participating in any workouts or practices. Refer to the file below for details and directions.

Student Enrollment Verification Request

Parents/Students: Any forms/documents to verify student enrollment, such as DMV paperwork, PDLA Forms, Social Security Documentation, etc., should be dropped in the Welcome Center and will be returned in 2-3 business days.

Absence Documentation

Students must provide official documentation for any absences within three days after returning to school. This maybe in the form of a written excuse (signed by a parent/guardian) OR a medical statement. This documentation will be entered and filed in the student’s attendance file in the attendance office. Documentation does not erase absences; it only states why the student missed school and is consistent with all state law and regulations. To submit an absence excuse, send an email to RHAbsenceDocumentation@rhmail.org with the document attached. For full details visit our website.

Parents/Guardians can use the link below to "E-link" to look up their student's busing information. As of right now, this is only available for guardians, and your phone numbers must match their primary Powerschool phone number. Food Services

  • Free and Reduced Meal Application
    ALL student meals will be free to students through the 2021-2022 school year.
    Free/reduced meal applications for the 2021/2022 school year are now open.
    Meals will be provided free of charge for the 2021/2022 school year. Though this is the case, qualifying for free or reduced meals may also qualify you for additional benefits including PEBT, reduced district fees, etc. The fastest and easiest way to fill out an application is online at www.lunchapplication.com. Paper applications can also be obtained at your school. If you fill out a paper application, they can be handed in to your school’s office staff or sent directly to the food service department at 1234 Flint St. EXT, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
