Free and reduced lunch applications must be completed every year!
If you have not updated your student's Free and Reduced lunch application for the 2019-2020 school year, please do so as soon as possible. October 1st was the expiration date for students who received free and reduced lunch last year. Until a new application is completed and approved, a cost of $2.50 will be added to your student's lunch account each day that he or she eats school lunch.
To apply, just click on the link below. We encourage everyone to complete an application.
Want to volunteer or attend a field trip?
If you have not completed the volunteer application, please click the link below to do so. You will need to have your volunteer card to go on field trips and to participate in school held events.
Don't forget.....
Please remember to send money (correct change) and refill cups with your student to school. We can not interrupt classes to call students up or deliver, and we do not have change at the front office.

Attendance Information
Are you planning a family trip for the holidays? As you think about your arrangements, we want to stress the importance of sending your child to school every day possible. Every year, absences spike in the weeks before and after the winter holiday as families squeeze in a few more vacation days. It’s time to break that cycle. We know that just a few missed days here and there, even if they’re excused absences, can add up to too much lost learning time and put your child behind in school. This is as true in kindergarten as it is in high school. Put simply, too many absences at any age can affect a student’s chances for academic success and eventually for graduation.
We recognize that holidays are an important time for reconnecting with families far away. The costs of plane tickets often influence when you want to travel. But keep in mind the costs to your children’s education if they miss too much school— and the message you will be sending about the importance of attendance. Even if you’ve got a homework packet from the teacher, it doesn’t make up for the interaction and learning that happens in the classroom. Our teachers will be teaching, and our students will be learning, right up until vacation starts and the first day back. You can help us convey that message. This holiday season, give your children the gift of an education and the habit of attendance.

November Life Skill for the Month- “GENEROSITY”
Generosity is a world-changing principle, and it’s one that can be taught from a young age. It is an inherent motivator of the greatest power, which will emerge if given a chance. It teaches children that one act of kindness can make a difference. Please help us teach your child what generosity looks like. See tips below.
Good table manners are an important skill for children to learn at an early age. Whether you’re eating at home or dining out, good table manners for kids are an important part of every meal. When you teach your child good table manners, you are giving them important tools for social interaction that will serve them for the rest of their lives.
Please continue to review the following 10 basic table manners with your children:
· Come to the table with your hands clean
· When sitting down to the dinner table, napkin goes in your lap
· Sit up straight
· Never, ever chew with your mouth open
· Don’t talk with food in your mouth
· Never stuff your mouth, take small bites
· No elbows on the table
· Don’t play with your food
· Thank the cook
· Help clean up
Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help your child this year! Happy Thanksgiving!
