Why should we use Foam Rollers? What can you do on a Foam Roller? Foam Rollers can be used for Stretching Exercises, Core Exercises & Strength Exercises. The foam roller not only stretches muscles and tendons but it also breaks down soft tissue adhesions and scar tissue. By using your own body weight and a cylindrical foam roller you can perform a self-massage or myofascial release, break up trigger points, and soothe tight fascia while increasing blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues. Foam rollers can also be used in all facets of a training session to enhance strength, stabilization, balance, and coordination. It is a great tool for increasing your core strength. This workshop is appropriate for all Fitness Levels. Class cost: $20
