Notes from the RHS Administrative Team
- Final observations have begun. Please remember that you must clearly note the use of AVID strategies in your lesson plans that are posted in One Note. This will be an expectation for the final round of observations.
- The teacher EVAAS roster verification window is open as of today. Please login to ensure you have access.
- If you can't get in, please let me know via email.
- Please ensure that your class list and student rosters are accurate. Add students as needed. For new students, you may have to wait until the next time it updates.
- Please continue to make calls to parents of at-risk students. Let a member of the admin team know if you don't have good numbers.
- Thank you for your work on your staff webpages. Please continue to work on them so that we have a great looking new site!
- Senior Class Information from Mrs. Marriott:

- Prom Information from Mrs. Smith:
- We are in need of chaperones for prom. There is a sign-up sheet across from the mailboxes.
- We are also seeking help tearing down Prom Sunday afternoon. This is on the sign-up sheet as well.
- Thank you to Marisa and Greg for sharing their space to store prom pieces.
- Thank you to our janitorial staff for all the help with moving prom pieces from one location to another.

Online License Renewal begins APRIL 15
If you are up for renewal this June, here's what you need to know:
- Visit this website prior to April 15 and ensure you can log in: https://vo.licensure.ncpublicschools.gov
- Check your renewal credits by going to http://10.1.2.18 (from the school's network)
- There is a $35.00 fee from NCDPI to process your license renewal.
- Once you have submitted your renewal online, OCS HR will send in your renewal credits.
- To renew, you must have a completed summative evaluation with at least proficient ratings.

- All schools have been issued tickets to sell.
- Tickets are $20.00, and the school keeps ALL funds from ticket sales.
- We will sell tickets at EVERY school event, sporting events, etc.
