Weekly Reflections
The Whole Team
Hello and Happy April! I am so pleased with our power sessions that we had last week. Thank you for your open-mindedness. I appreciate your hard work. Remember to keep things manageable for students. Think small chunks. For an example, if you are having them to create a brochure, your expectations may be as follows:
- Day 1: Create a topic
- Day 2: Reflect on your topic. Why did you create this topic?
- Day 3: Brainstorm about you topic...etc
***Planning backwards would be the key.
Let's focus on together and being positive. We are in uncertain times, but those are characteristics that can we make certain. Thank you for your hard work.
Announcements to see below with Emphasis:
- Department Meetings
- Teacher and Department Reports
- PBLs and links
- Guidance
Wins:
1. We had great training and great faculty meeting!
2. Our Academic Dept. Chair Meeting went well! Great ideas were implemented.
Question: How can your focus team virtually contribute to our students and faculty so that we can carry on the spirit of school in the best way that we can? One example was spirit week!

Procedures for Email, social media, and other communication
- Please refrain from sending all staff emails out without admin approval.
- Please gain administrative approval prior to posting items on the school's social media or the school's website.
