Water Lubricates and cushions your joints.
Water Protects your spinal cord and other sensitive tissues.
Water also Gets rid of wastes through urination.

Without water you dehydrate

Water replaces what your body loses through everyday things you do. You lose that water when you go to the bathroom or sweat. You need to replace this lost water to prevent dehydration. Dehydration can cause can lead to a loss of strength, fever and in the worst case death.

Water is already a big make up of the Human Body

In a lot of living things their body is made up of 90% water. Up to 60% of the human body is water. That's why we are to drink water constantly. Doctors say to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. (2 liters) Which not a lot of us do.

Fatigue and tiredness: You become very tired and bummy feeling. Your body is more slow. Your muscles become sore and weak. Without water you get headaches and the feelings of being dizzy.

Digestive problems: Without water you don't have enough body fluids to process things or help with digesting food.

Stomach Ulcers: Your stomach needs water to help mellow the acids from digesting food down. Without water the acid can cause ulcers and heartburn.

Death: Not drinking water dehydrates you and that can lead to death. You can go awhile without food more than water. Our body depends on being hydrated more so than having food in our stomach.
