Inspiring learners and empowering leaders today and tomorrow...in person and from a distance!

Thank You

Wow! It was a wonderful first week with our third-fifth graders. It was great to have nearly every classroom full of eager students so happy to be back in person! They did a really nice job wearing masks and maintaining social distance this week. Thank you to parents and teachers for doing a thorough job preparing students to return!

For those families who remained in remote, thank you for supporting your student by picking up supplies for the coming month. If you have not picked the supplies up, you may do so by using our curbside office procedure between 8:00 and 9:00 or between 1:30 and 2:30.

Whether you are a roomie or a zoomie, we look forward to finishing out the year strongly and successfully!

Enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend!

Parent Input

It is hard to believe that we are thinking about next year when we just brought third-fifth grade students into the building this week. Below you will find a link to the parent input form that we send out each year in the spring. This is a chance for you to provide our staff with information that will help us make the best class placement for your child.

We use a collaborative team approach to forming new classes that involves specials teachers, special education teachers, classroom teachers, our dean, and me. We work together to create balanced classrooms, and, once that is complete, administrators assign each class to a teacher.

At this point we are moving forward as if all students will be returning to the building in the fall. No final determinations have been made by the district.

This form is not a teacher request form. We ask that you not use teacher names but rather give us information about your child. We are staffed with highly effective teachers who are well-equipped to meet the needs of all students!

The form opens today and will remain open until Friday, April 30.

Pick-Up

Please make sure that you use the pick-up hang tag when you come through the line. This is for security reasons. If you need an extra tag, please contact the office.

Thank you for partnering with us to make dismissal safe for our students.
