Description: ENOugh trouble pairing your pen? At your WITs end trying to use your slate? Wondering how to use district provided technology effectively? Come to this session and learn to troubleshoot technical issues with your board/slate and to integrate them into your daily classroom routine. We will look at interactive websites and web 2.0 tools. We will also explore the new mini iPads and discover ways to use them with students. Bring your enthusiasm and your ideas as we prepare for the coming school year.

The Adult Playground: Create Your Own Digital Media
Audience: All

Description: Join us as we invite curiosity, inspire wonder, encourage playfulness, and celebrate unique solutions. This hands-on session is an adult playground for thinking and whimsical construction of digital media that can be incorporated into the classroom to convey information visually and allow for a variety of collaborative opportunities. *NOTE: This workshop will have one activity where a camera enabled mobile device or digital camera with the accompanying cord/cable for uploading media will be needed.
