Warwick Weekly
September 14, 2018
We thank you, parents and guardians, for your involvement, support, and feedback. At the end of every Warwick Weekly newsletter, we have a feedback form where you can share your ideas and concerns. We look at that immediately and take care of improvements or changes that can be made. Or, if it is not something that Warwick Elementary can control (such as a bus route), we share that feedback with the person or department in charge so that they are aware of your ideas or concerns. Throughout the year, please use this feedback form so that everyone in the Warwick Elementary School family can continue to grow and learn together!

Emergency Drills
With the start of every school year, we hold drills to help keep everyone safe in the event of a true emergency. Yesterday we held our first building evacuation. Everyone did extremely well for a first drill.
The dual purpose of safety drills is to practice and notice where we can make improvements. By law we are required to hold building evacuation once a month. We will not advertise when these drills will take place but teachers will be prepared.

60% of Warwick Students Have This Year's Emergency Info Completed in the Portal So Far
Each year, the Central Bucks School District requires our families to fill out a Student Emergency & Information Form. This year, we are asking that you complete your family’s Student Emergency & Information Form online by September 14, 2018 (that's today). The online form will ask you to confirm and/or update the following:
- Demographic Information
- Emergency Contacts
- Health Information, including permission for emergency care and analgesic administration
- Media Release Preferences (this is where parents/guardians indicate whether they give permission for their child's image, and possibly first name, to appear in our newsletter, on Twitter or Facebook)
- Your family's/student's inclusion in the Student Directory
Click here to be directed to your Parent Portal account to complete the Census Verification form. Thank you for taking the time to update this important information.

We want to hear from you...
Last week we received feedback on our dismissal, a particular bus route, and the heat/early dismissal. All of that feedback was taken into consideration and shared with the appropriate people/offices. We also received appreciation for a positive opening to the school year. Thank you for all feedback.
