Possibility for Bus Route Modifications
A message from First Student
Depending on daily staffing levels, FS may have to adjust some school bus routes. While this allows us to provide transportation to as many students as possible, it could result in delays in pick-up and drop-off times for school and activity trips. Some students also may be temporarily assigned a different bus to ride.
FS will provide notification about any route changes to your child’s bus as soon as possible, so families can plan accordingly.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Virtual Homework Support
Gardner Edgerton students are able to get help with homework and other academic questions by joining live teacher lead Zoom meetings. Meetings are broken down by content and grade level for middle and high school age students, while elementary age students are able to gain support from teachers on all subjects. VHS Zoom meetings are scheduled weekly on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Blazer JV and Varsity Ladies Basketball
After losing a close game to Mill Valley last Tuesday, the Varsity and JV girls basketball teams responded in a big way on Friday with big overwhelming wins over Lawrence Free State.
The Varsity team won 53-19 and were led in scoring by Kaelin Platt 12, Abri Leiker 11, and Kiersten Markos with 10.
The JV team won 49 -13 and were led by Peyton Hofer with 14 points and Hannah Phipps with 9.
Blazer C-Team Ladies Basketball
Tuesday the girls had a very exciting game against SME. After being down the entire game, the girls really stepped it up on defense and converted some steals into points to tie by the end of regulation. SME didn't score any points in the fourth quarter or in overtime. The Blazers headed home with the victory, a score of 35-30! Maria Diaz had herself a game with 17 points.
Thursday night they traveled to SMNW to compete against them for the second time this season. Similar to their first encounter, the Blazers led the entire game and got the win. The score was 32-15. Soph Johnson led scoring with 12 points.
