Red Ribbon Week October 23-27
- Monday-Wear neon/sunglasses "Our future is bright, say NO to drugs!"
- Tuesday-Wear a hat or Crazy Hair Day "Use your head, don't do drugs!"
- Wednesday-Wear your favorite jeans and purple "You're a 'jean-ious', stay drug free!"
- Thursday-Bring your favorite stuffed animal or wear animal print "Hugs not drugs!"
- Friday-Wear superhero capes "You have the power to say NO to drugs!"
Flu Shots for Staff
The locations and times are as follows:
- Bancroft Middle School Tuesday, October 24th 2:30-4:00pm
- Barbara Lee Center Thursday, October 26th 3-5:00pm
- John Muir Middle School Wednesday, November 1st 2:30-4:00pm
You can drop in or to sign up ahead of time, email Anita Waldron, awaldron@slusd.us or #4470 to reserve at time slot (5 minutes), you’ll then be moved to the front of the line- drop-ins always welcome.

Halloween Activities
If you haven't had enough Halloween fun by the time our carnival ends, Washington's Haunted House goes until 9 PM. They claim it's very scary, even for adults! Click here for their flyer.
The Halloween Parade will be on Tuesday, October 31 at 8:15 AM. The SLHS Marching Band will be joining the end of our parade and giving a mini concert for our students.
Costume regulations-NO weapons of any kind, masks cannot be worn throughout the day, just during the parade, & adults should not wear masks for student and staff safety.
Wellness Activities
