Stress and how to deal with it

Stress is a big problem for many people and can be a big factor in bad moods, anger issues, and depression. There are very real disorders dealing with stress such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Social Anxiety Disorder. There are many ways to deal with stress, and the first step is identifying it. Making a to-do list helps. The second way is to fix the problem. If the problem is gone, there is less stress. Finally, dealing with stress and expressing your emotions is a big part of stress control. There are different methods for everybody, but make sure your stress controller is healthy, like exercising or watching a comedy show, not harmful, like drugs or alcohol.
