Goals
- To monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity, I hope to achieve this goal by assisting the nurse with keeping a written/typed record.
- To prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments, I hope to achieve this goal by following the instructions of whoever I am assisting and by keeping a written record of the nurses notes/observations.
- To prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, equipment, or supplies and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained, I hope to achieve this goal by asking the nurses or doctors about supplies are needed and what rooms I should prepare before examinations or treatments take place.
