JANUARY 25, 2023 - NEWSLETTER
Hello Northpoint Families,
We are looking forward to the finals for our third annual Northpoint’s Got Talent competition. We have 11 acts that will perform in the finals at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 3 at the Spring Lake Park High School Fine Arts Center. We know our students will be highly entertained by their classmates.
All Northpoint students will be taking a bus to the high school for the finals performance where we will be entertained not only by our finalists but by some of the high school students as well. We will have an altered lunch schedule for the day, so please be sure your child has a snack to eat in the morning. We appreciate our partnership with the high school staff and look forward to this fun outing.
The Governor has declared this paraprofessional week. Here at Northpoint and across Spring Lake Park Schools we want to share our appreciation for our wonderful para team, we truly are fortunate to have such strong educators as part of the team! Our collective thanks to our Panther Paras!
For our current fourth grade families, just a quick reminder that there are online sessions tomorrow to get to know Westwood. See the upcoming events in this newsletter for details and links.
We will be carving out time for conferencing and communication during the month of February. Be on the look-out for communication from your children’s teachers for specific details to be shared Wednesday of next week. As a reminder there is no school for students Feb. 16-17, and Feb. 20.
Enjoy the rest of your week,
Judi Kahoun
