Update - STREAM Week 2016
Due to the crazy weather we will be combining STREAM week with the final days of IOWA Testing. PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN ALL PERMISSION SLIPS BY MONDAY!!!
On Monday, students can wear an outfit that represents a future career they might want to pursue. Students in grades 2-3 will work on the IOWA and grades 4 and 6 will complete the Cogat. We will have someone in the STREAM fields come on Tuesday afternoon to share his experiences with NASA.
On Tuesday, students can wear their festival shirts and any appropriate bottom or they can wear their uniform. Grades 2-6 will complete the Science and Social Studies part of the IOWA test. 2nd grade will finish up their Cogat testing. We will also do make-ups in the afternoon. Join us Tuesday night for STREAM Night (a presentation by 5th grade, 1st grade, Mad Scientist and an Art Show featuring all of our students). Please bring a picnic blanket to sit on the Parish Hall floor with your family.
There is still time to sign up to bring a snack to share that represents your family heritage: Click Here
On Wednesday, students will dress in Mass uniform. After Mass, grades K-2nd will listen to a speaker about Missions and Education in Guatemala from 10-10:30. 3rd-6th will listen to the speaker from 11:00-11:45. Pre-K will participate in Water Day (please be on the lookout for more information from your child's homeroom teacher).
On Thursday, students will go on their field trips. Please wear the STREAM field trip shirts, appropriate bottoms and comfortable walking shoes.
On Friday, students in grades Kindergarten-6th will participate in Field Day Activities. Please wear the shirt assigned to your class.
