It is impossible for anyone to focus an produce really high quality work without giving there brains some time to rest and recharge. Don't dismiss breaks as wasting time. They provide valuable down time which will enable you to think creatively and work effectively.

Ways to be a good time manager:

  • Schedule breaks for yourself
  • set an alarm for breaks
  • go for quick walk
  • grab a cup of coffee
  • meditate at your desk
  • take a 5 min break every hour or 2
  • make sure you have a good lunch
