The Sweet Russian Leaders

Czar Nicholas II

Czar Nicholas was the Czar of Russia in 1894. Unfortunately for him, his poor decisions for handling Bloody Sunday and World War 1 led to his abdication. The new government ran by the Bolsheviks decided to execute Czar Nicholas II, his wife, his children, and his servants for the poor choices Czar Nicholas II made when he was the Czar.

Czar Nicholas II liked to spend time with his wife, learn, be in the military, and overlook his father when his father was the Czar.

I think Czar Nicholas the II is a lot like King Louis 15 because they were both executed for their poor decisions during their rule.

Benito Mussolini

Benito Mussolini was the 27th prime minister of Italy. He was an Italian politician, journalist, and leader of the National Fascist Party. Benito was Prime minister of Italy during World War 1. He became a dictator in the late 1920's. He was captured but then rescued but then captured again to be executed a short time later. Benito liked to spend time with his friends, in the military, learning new things, and giving orders.

I would compare Benito to Saddam Hussein because they were both dictators that forcefully gained power.

Vladimir Lenin

Vladimir Lenin was the leader of the Bolshevik Revolution and the founder of the Russian Communists Party. Lenin plotted to overthrow the Czar in the early 1900's but fled to Western Europe to avoid the czarist regime. He returned with other Bolsheviks when it was safe for him to. Vladimir Lenin liked engaging with people, gaining power, spreading his views, and reading.

I would compare Lenin to Adolf Hitler because they were both smart and considered to have done evil things.

Adolf Hitler

Adolf Hitler was the leader of the Nazi Party. He was dictator of Nazi Germany from 1934 to 1945. Adolf Hitler oversaw fascist policies that resulted in millions of deaths, mainly who were Jews. Adolf Hitler like gaining power, public speaking, reading, and killing Jews.

I would compare Adolf Hitler to Osama Bin Laden because both killed thousands of innocent people.

Hideki Tojo

Hideki Tojo was the 40th Prime Minister of Japan during much of World War 2. He caused the war between the U.S. and Japan with the attack on Pearl Harbor. Tojo liked to learn, read, exert his power, and fight.

I would compare Hideki Tojo with John Wilkes Booth because they have both committed well known acts of terrorism on America.
