We are happy to tell you that on Monday, October 15th, SWOCA’s new helpdesk will go LIVE!


Your constructive feedback on surveys and in-person over the last year or two, about the current helpdesk, was the catalyst for this positive change, thank you!


A product of Solarwinds, the new helpdesk received very high marks from our pilot group of school district staff, for its ease of use. We believe that you will discover the same as we transition to the new system, please let us hear from you!

Out with the old, in with the new!

What does this mean for the tickets you have in our previous helpdesk (Cherwell)? Cherwell will continue to be accessible until December 31, 2018. While you will be able to access any prior tickets from that system, you will no longer be able to create a new ticket in that system. All new tickets will be created in SolarWinds (https://helpdesk.swoca.net).
