Packing Information & School Map
Each room should contain:
- One Teacher Desk-clean out because this will not be moved.
- One Filing Cabinet-will be moved to your new room. Please clean out 2 drawers and mark it with your new room number.
- One Book Shelf: If you have two, both will stay in current room.
- Kidney Table: Every homeroom has one, including Special Education rooms. These tables will stay with in their current room. Please do not ask to switch tables or move yours to your new room.
- All other tables stay in the current room.
Action Item:
If moving rooms, label filing cabinet to be moved after cleaning out 2 drawers. All other furniture stays with current room.
Post Planning Schedule
May 29th
- 8:00-9:30-Safety Team Meeting in conference room (safety team only)
- 9:30-10:30-ARC Training in the cafeteria (K Teachers)
- Lunch on your own
- Work in rooms in the afternoon
May 30th
- 7:30-11:00 Work in Rooms
- 11:00-12:00 Staff Luncheon catered by Chicken Salad Chick and Kona Ice!
- 12:00-All staff can leave if checklist is complete! :)

EOY Technology Checklist
Please read it carefully because there have been a few changes from last year.
Notes:
· There are a few things that you will need to do inSchool City, Itslearning, and Google Classroom(if you have one).
· Great NEWS: You will be turning in those awful black boxes that connect your phone! We will not need them next year! Yay for less cords!!!
· Labeled Ziploc bags for your room’s technology (remotes, stylus, Chromebook Lock N Charge keys) will be in the media center when you drop them off.
· All IPads will need to be reset and turned in to the Media Center by May 25th but you can return them sooner if you would like.

Here are the inventory lists for the Kindergarten Kit and the 1-3 Kit. Please make sure you have all the materials before she comes to scan them.

Instructional Technology Summer Professional Learning
The Instructional Technology department will offer many training classes this summer. Topics will range from a SchoolCity Deep Dive, to Google Certified Educator Level 1, to Aspiring ITS, and finally Basic Computer Skills. Summer Professional Learning
In an effort to streamline communication and ease of access, we have compiled all of the Teaching and Learning summer sessions in one location. Click here to view the webpage. Sessions with a register button are open to all teachers. Sessions without the register option are intended for specific teachers and are invitation only. If you have questions about a specific session, please contact the T &L staff member listed under the session title.

Attention Classified Staff
To assist office staff and paraprofessionals in their use of Google and Microsoft products, the instructional technology department will be offering both Google and Microsoft Training this summer. The trainings will be two day sessions for two hours each day.
§ The Google training will offer beginning level skills within Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Forms. Skills will include the basics such as how to share and access files, organizational tips, collaboration with peers, how to survey others and analyze data collected.
§ The Microsoft training will offer beginning level skills for Outlook, Word, and Excel. Skills will include organizing your Outlook folders, finding sent emails, creating contacts, creating appointments, formatting a document, using shortcuts, saving in different formats, creating tables, and much more.
