Digital Back-to-School Packet
Mt Tabor Middle School 2021-22
Welcome to the Digital Back-to-School Packet
There is always a lot of information that our school shares with parents at the beginning of the school year. In years past, this information has been distributed via paper packets, and this year, our district schools are distributing this information virtually.
Below you will find information and tasks related to the following:
- MTMS Parent and Student Handbook
- Digital Back-to-School Packet Form
- Mt Tabor MS Parent Teacher Association Membership & Volunteer Opportunities
- School Lunch Menus
Families, please try to complete the Back-to-School Packet form by Friday, September 17.
TASK 1: Review the MTMS Parent and Student Handbook
Please take some time to read and review the Parent and Student Handbook with your student. Students have be introduced to several of the most important elements of the handbook in their homeroom classes last week and this week.
TASK 2: Complete the Digital Back-To-School Packet Form
Once you have completed your review of the Parent and Student Handbook, click this link to verify your reading, complete the walking field trip permission form, and update your publicity/release of information preferences (if desired).
TASK 3: Get Connected with the MTMS PTA
The images below are linked to PDFs with active links. Please consider all the important work that our PTA does to support teachers and students at MTMS and how you can support those efforts--through membership, donation, or volunteerism.
