This Week's Happenings at Bayyari Elementary
AMI Starts tomorrow & Student-led Conferences (March 16th & 17th) are POSTPONED....
Our alternate method of instruction (AMI) days will start tomorrow, Monday, March 16th. Students all went home with a packet of assignments on Friday. We will be out five days this week, so at the very least, students will be responsible for five days of AMI work. Teachers and staff will be available for questions during normal business hours. Contact information is in the packet. If yiour child was absent and noone was able to come get the packet on Friday, your child's packet is in the office and can be picked up between 8-4 on Monday or you can access it online.
We will have AMI assignments available on-line within the next 24 hours. Some teachers may be accessing online learning platforms like Google Classrooms, Schoology, etc.
As of right now, Sunday, our Bayyari office will be open this week from 8-4pm.
We will have more information about meal options as it becomes available. We will have the cafeteria open tomorrow. Starting Tuesday there will be grab-and-go lunches available. We will have more details soon.
Where to find information:
This will be our last official update until March 30th. If you want up to the minute information from our district, there are still many places to check. One of the benefits of the new website platform that launched in our district this year is that we can push announcements to all the websites at one time. Therefore, you will not only find updates on Bayyari's page - but ALL Springdale schools' pages.
Since we are out this week - We will update our Facebook page as often as needed.
The cover letter that was on AMI packets sent with your child on Friday explains the work. It is available to you in three languages. Here is a list of teachers' email addresses so you or your student can always email them at any time.
