Welcome back to a new year and a new decade! Hard to believe it is already 2020 !! I hope everyone had a relaxing break that was filled with family time and good memories! 5Essentials Survey
Share your thoughts to help improve our schools! If you have not done so already, please be sure to take the Illinois 5Essentials Parent Survey at https://survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois/
School and District leaders use their 5Essentials data to better inform their school improvement plans and help identify key strengths and areas for growth. Your identity and survey responses will be kept completely confidential and will never be connected to you or your child. We must get a 20% parent response rate for our results to be reported.
Thanks for your support!
Survey results will also be reported publicly on the 5Essentials reporting site in Spring 2020 and on the State School Report Card website in Fall 2020.

- Use good manners.
- Follow our voice level guides. (Ask them to show you what a Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 voice sound like.)
