Buying Food
Many people buy their food fresh from specialty shops although supermarkets are becoming cheaper and more convenient.

There are usually many courses in breakfast and lunch. Dinner is often small and consists of eggs. The French eat a wide variety of meats, fowl and game. some of those include duck, goose, guinea hen, and rabbit. Dessert is fresh fruit and on special occasions they have pastries or ice cream.

Meals are often used to celebrate special events such as birthdays and holidays. The New Year's dinner is usually with friends while Christmas and birthday dinner's are with family.
