Mandalay Beach Yoga Day Retreat!

What to bring?

Yoga mat and large towel or beach blanket (to protect yourself from sand during practice), dress in layers (the weather can changes quickly), jackets, hoodies, scarfs, socks (this beach is beautiful but can be windy). Be prepared to enjoy whatever the weather has to offer that day.

Tentative Schedule
  • 10:30-10:45 am Arrival at address
  • 10:45-11:00 am Walk together to beach/park to find a location for AM practice
  • 11:00-12:30 pm YOGA w/Chutney
  • 12:30- 1:30 pm Potluck lunch at Linda & Bob's House (Bring a dish to share) Paper goods, plastic ware, and iced herbal tea provided
  • 1:30-3:30 pm Free time - There are bike rentals, kayak rentals, volley ball courts, walking paths within 5 minutes of the area.
  • Plus a beautiful ocean shore to walk and enoy!!
  • 3:30 - 3:45 pm Regroup at Linda's
  • 4:00-5:00 Spoken Word Meditation - Bring a quote, poem, or short verse to share that touches your spirit. This can be your own writings or from other sources.
  • 5:00 - 6:30 pm - Silent walk to beach for Sunset and YOGA class with Chutney

Sunset will be at 6:13 pm

Suggested - $25 per person space is limited.
