Assessment is the process of gathering evidence of student learning to inform education-related decisions. The impact of decisions relies on the quality of the evidence gathered, which in turn, depends on the quality of the assessment and associated practices used to gather it. Educators who are assessment literate understand how to gather dependable evidence and how to use it productively to support or verify student growth and/or achievement.
This session will be a virtual format via Zoom and presented by ODE Consultant, Apryl Ealy as a "Train the Trainer" opportunity. All presentation materials will be shared and can be used for building and district training.
