Internet Safety
Manassas Park City Schools strives to always provide a safe learning environment for our students. This includes teaching Digital Citizenship and Internet Safety as well as using filtering and monitoring software on MPCS devices. We encourage parents to talk to their child about safe use of the Internet no matter what device they are using. A recent topic in the news is centered around a scary character being featured in children video. Although we have not seen such videos at school, the following resources may be helpful in talking to your child about appropriate Internet use.
