Global Citizenship Service Project
This six weeks we began researching global needs with a focus on water and education. At BCI students are raising money to purchase books for Mugae Primary School in Kenya. TMI, SKI, PHIS, and TMS are focused on providing water filtration systems and water buffaloes to families in Vietnam. All campuses are selling t-shirts and taking donations.
Students at Mugae Primary School need new books.
Vietnam needs water filters to clean contaminated water.
Multicultural Fair
Students will showcase the importance of cultures and contributions made by various countries in a global society. They will create and present an exhibit that will display a variety of cultural items and visual aids allowing visitors to the fair to gain a greater understanding of world cultures. This will be an ongoing project that takes us through Spring Break.
