School Choice Survey
West Valley School District teams are working diligently to plan for the safe transitioning of students into onsite learning in a hybrid model. As we continue planning, it is important to gather information regarding the type of schooling your student will choose when they have the opportunity to return onsite. Students will have the option to return in a hybrid model or remain 100% virtual. The hybrid model will allow students from all grade levels to return onsite, in-person two day per week and continue to work virtually two days per week. The sample student schedules for AM and PM are included below. Following physical distancing guidance, this model reduces class size to no more than 6-10 students per class. As always, our main priority is the health and safety of students and staff.
Please choose a schooling option by taking this High School Instructional Choice Survey SEPARATELY for EACH of the high school-aged students living in your household. This information is very important as we continue to develop and fine-tune our instructional plans based on the needs of our West Valley community. Thank you for partnering with us as we work together in planning!
