Who am I ? How do I keep myself fit and healthy ? What can I do to help improve or profess my health and fitness? I have a couple of answers for that ! Hello , my name is Troi Garrett and I am in your period 3 class. To keep track of my weight and calories I eat a day I use fitness pal everyday! I workout twice a week and drink tons of water to flush my body out from all the bad things that I eat. Also I try to not eat anything after 8:00 as far as snacks, whether I eat dinner early or late I always try not to eat after 8. This is just my way of a basic health and fitness life !
